As therapist, we realize the importance of rehabilitation to decrease re-injury, improve mobility and prevent injury or chronic pain. For this reason, rehabilitation is one of our main treatment tools.

About Caryn:
Caryn graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2008. In 2009 Caryn worked in London for a year after which she completed her Community Service in Barberton in 2010. In 2011 she moved to a private practice in Hermanus.
She completed her OMT (Orthopedic Manual Therapy) course in 2012.
Caryn is a keen athlete and has participated in many endurance races ranging from Ironman, Cape Epic, Otter trail marathons and Joburg2C. Her personal love for sport aids in her treatment of sports conditions. She has a passion for lower back and neck pain and introduces rehab in her treatment sessions. Caryn began her own practice in 2013 in Strand. It has grown over the years to serve the greater Strand community. Caryn moved to Cape Town after the birth of her first child during 2020. She began a practice in Mouille Point and recently moved to Sea Point.
About Nina:
Nina graduated from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2021 after which she worked at Port Alfred Hospital for her community service year. Having gained experience in various fields including sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, neurological conditions and paediatric conditions both in South Africa and abroad, Nina has found a special interest in neuromusculoskeletal and geriatric physiotherapy. She has completed various courses including pain education and falls prevention through exercise.
Nina is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals, improve their quality of life and feel their best. She enjoys the outdoors, volunteering, travelling and Pilates.
